Return Policy
We want all of our customers to enjoy their purchase and have a pleasant experience shopping at vincijewels.com
We offer a 5 day money back return policy. Since we are a smaller company we can't offer an extended return policy.
Here's how it works:
Upon arrival of your purchase you have 5 days to look over and inspect your item(s). If you don't like it and it's not what you expected you must email me within the 5 day return policy time frame. I will then give you a return #, and give you the go ahead for you to ship the item back to me. You must have a return # issued to you firs! *All items must be returned back to me in the same exact condition. All of our items are triple inspected before shipping.
You are fully responsible for the return shipping and it must be insured and have delivery confirmation.
If you received your order and it's damaged, I will then have to go ahead and file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. You might be asked to fill out the appropriate paper work in order for the refund to take place. ** Note: I will also need to receive the damaged goods back from you, prior to this process.
In case of a lost or missing package:
I will have to wait the time that is mandatory by the shipping carrier and then both of us will need to fill out an insurance claim in order for me to get the refund issued.
Note: We Can Not issue a refund for orders that need to be filed by the shipping carrier until the insurance claims are completed.
All of our packages are sent out with insurance and delivery confirmation.
